Trip to Europe

Tomorrow, my bears and I will be off to Switzerland for a holiday and the Swiss Teddy Bear Festival on 28/29th August as well as Hugglets in London/UK on 12th September. We are so excited and are looking forward to meeting lots of new collectors and traders. If you will be at these shows please come and say hello. I will have new bears with me which are not yet listed on my website. I am also looking forward to teaching my workshop on 27th August in Zuerich/Switzerland.

I won't have regular internet access but hope to catch up very soon.

I am so excited - my bears/critters have been nominated in the Australian Bear Creations Awards 2010: Misty in Category 4 - Small Artist Bear Undressed and Isabelle in Category 7 - Artist Bear Friend.

New Outlet in Sydney

My bears/critters will be available in Sydney in the fur! I am so excited!!! The Art of Teddy Bears is a new shop opening in Sydney on 27th July 2010 and I have a cubby space where my bears/critters will be available for adoption. Misty and one of her cubs are already there waiting to be admired. You'll find more info regarding this new shop on www.theartofteddybears.com.

Back from the Gold Coast

I am back from the Gold Coast where I thorouly enjoyed myself! The show was great and I always have a ball teaching workshops. It was fantastic to catch up with so many traders, collectors and bear makers, and I had many chats. I would like to thank Patti, Graham and Kryst from Kympatti Bears for organising a wonderful show.

I arrived home with a cold - the nose is running champion style. I'm now designing and making bears for the Swiss Teddy Festival and Hugglets. Only seven weeks and I will be on the plane to Switzerland - time flys, when one has fun!!!

I have also up-dated my website - why not enjoy a cuppa and have a look.

Introducing "Boston"

I would like to introduce "Boston". He is one of the new bears I will be taking to the International Bear, Doll and Craft Fair, which his being held at the Convention & Entertainment Centre, Broadbeach on 12/13th June 2010. If you will be attending this show I would love to say hello and have a chat. Maybe I will see you in my workshops on 14th and 15th after the show.

The ACD Awards

This is NEPOMUK - the little dragon I designed for the ACD Awards. Public voting is now on and he would love to get your vote.
